Owner & President
Roddrick Thigpen is the Owner and President of Pitch Compliance Group, a minority owned provider of recruiting and staffing services. Roddrick oversees the growth, strategic development and financial performance of PCG offices both in Dallas, TX and Jackson, MS and projecting offices throughout North America.
Before earning the role of owner and president in 2017, Roddrick served in a variety of senior level positions domestically and internationally within various companies which provided him with the necessary leadership competence. Roddrick began his staffing career as a contractor in 2013. After a series of assignments and promotions, he decided to create and establish Pitch Compliance Group LLC.
Under Roddrick’s leadership, PCG has grown tremendously by forging new client relationships that will provide employment opportunities to the communities underserved and communities at large. PCG staffing agency clinical/scientific, engineering, office/clerical, manufacturing and banking, finance/accounting jobs.
Roddrick is a member of the Southern Regional Minority Supplier Development Council New Orleans, LA and registered with the MS Minority Business Registry and the Greater Jackson Chamber Partnership. Roddrick is a graduate of the DeVry University of Dallas, participated in a management training at SMU COX school of Business for middle management and currently studying for his ACAM certification in AML anti money laundering.
